Noble McIntyre

Oklahoma trial lawyer with three decades of experience in catastrophic injury, product liability, and national mass-tort litigation.

Noble McIntyre is a founding partner of McIntyre Schnieders and an Oklahoma trial lawyer with three decades of experience representing plaintiffs in catastrophic-injury, product-liability, and national mass-tort litigation.

Noble began practicing in 1995 after graduating from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He was named a partner at his first firm after one year and later founded McIntyre Law, P.C., where he built a litigation practice representing seriously injured clients in Oklahoma and plaintiffs in national pharmaceutical and medical-device cases.

His practice has included litigation involving defective drugs, medical devices, catastrophic injuries, product liability, medical malpractice, and bad-faith insurance claims. He has represented clients in national litigation involving pharmaceuticals and devices including Paxil, Xarelto, Zofran, transvaginal mesh, hip implants, talcum powder, and IVC filters.

Noble has also held leadership roles within the plaintiffs’ bar and has been active in community-service efforts in Oklahoma. He served as President of the Oklahoma Association for Justice in 2015 and has received recognition for both trial work and public service.
