Mario D’Angelo serves as Of Counsel to McIntyre Schnieders. He is a New York trial lawyer with decades of experience in pharmaceutical mass torts, product liability, medical malpractice, and complex personal-injury litigation.
Mario has practiced since the 1980s and has spent a substantial portion of his career litigating claims involving major pharmaceutical manufacturers and nationally coordinated proceedings. His work has included case development, expert selection, discovery, settlement, and trial preparation in pharmaceutical and product-liability matters.
He has been appointed to plaintiffs’ management committees in major coordinated proceedings, including New York Rezulin litigation, New York diet-drug litigation, and New Jersey diet-drug litigation.
